In October 2022, I was taking the PADI Advanced Mermaid Class from Mermaid Elle with safety diver Great Chin Burger, when a scuba diver yelled for help. As a scuba instructor, I knew what to do. I raced over, gave him rescue breaths (mouth to mouth), then removed his equipment with the help of Mermaid Elle and Chin while we all towed him and his buddy to shore where Paramedics were waiting to save his life. Here is the story:
